Q) Where are you right now in your training and how are you feeling physically and emotionally?
This week has been a very hard training week. I have sparred 3 times this week getting in 10 rounds today. I have stepped up my road work combining the distance work with sprints. My fitness coach has really punished me this week and has taken my body to completely outside its comfort zone. I feel great and am really looking forward to this fight in a very positive way.
Q) What type of nutrition/diet do you follow when training for a fight?
I take vitamins daily and eat a good balanced diet.
Q) What will be your strategy for earning a victory/knockout against this opponent?
I plan on throwing a lot of punches and using my size and superior strength to over power him.
Q) How do spend your time outside of the ring?
With my girlfriend who is 6 months pregnant. We are preparing for our new family.
Q) Do you have any message for the fans?
I want my fans to know that I am doing everything in the gym to prepare myself 100% for this fight against Manuel. I am determined and extremely focused.
