Q) YOU’RE FIRST PRO VICTORY, WHAT WENT THROUGH YOUR MIND WHEN THE REF CALLED THE FIGHT? AND HOW ARE YOU FEELING THE DAY AFTER?

Happy and mad at the same time. . . . I felt the KO coming, but it was stopped short with the TKO, which is still a “W” on my newly established record.

Q) HOW WOULD YOU RATE YOUR FIGHT?

To me, it was the best result for the work we put in sooooo a 10.

Q) WHAT DO YOU FELT LIKE YOU DID WELL IN THE FIGHT?

Stayed in control.

Q) WHAT DO YOU FEEL LIKE YOU COULD HAVE DONE BETTER?

A few small things that will be put on ''our drawing board''. . .

Q) DID THE FIGHT PLAY OUT LIKE YOU EXPECTED? WAS THE INTENSITY AND ATMOSPHERE WHAT YOU EXPECTED?

It played out exactly how my coach predicted.  I’m always harder on my self (LOL). . . .when I knew how many of my friends would be in attendance the intensity and atmosphere was exactly what I expected.  I got some pretty serious people in my life and I love every one of them.

Q) WAS THERE ANYTHING YOU DID IN TRAINING THAT REALLY PAID OFF IN THE FIGHT?

We really stepped it up for this debut, all around, and it paid off.  But one thing that made a big difference was my sparring partners.

 Q) ANY THOUGHTS ABOUT YOUR OPPONENT?

Nice guy.

Q) WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DO NEXT?

Q) WHAT WENT THROUGH YOUR MIND AS YOU WALKED TO THE RING IN THE MOMENTS BEFORE STEPPING INTO THE RING?

 “There is no way I’m going to lose.”

Q) WHAT WAS IT LIKE TO WIN THE YOU BE THE JUDGE CONTEST AS WELL?

It was just extra icing on the cake for me.  My pro debut could not have been written any better.

Q) ANY MESSAGE FOR YOUR FANS THAT SHOWED UP IN GREAT NUMBERS TO SEE YOU FIGHT?

They know I got respect for every last one of them. . . . and thank you guys.

Q) ANY OTHER THOUGHTS ABOUT THE NIGHT? ANYTHING THAT WAS PARTICULARLY SPECIAL ABOUT THE NIGHT?

I dedicated the fight to my bro that was shot and killed in a random road shooting.  His life was ended for no reason at an age that life just starts, and the staff of the HP Pavilion, the Goossen's and my team helped me bring him to life for one more night. . . .THAT ONE WAS FOR YOU ''WILL'' AFFA!
