Q) What type of nutrition/diet do you follow when training for a fight?
As much as I would like to have "Adobo" and "Halo-Halo", I have to stick to a very strict diet for the entire camp. I'll usually eat 5 times a day and it mainly consist of high protein and low sugars. Lots of Fruits and vegetables. It makes it difficult since I love Filipino food so much.

Q) Where are you training?
Sessions Training Gym in SF http://www.sessionstrainingcenter.com/. Knowing that my next fight was againts a fighter who has a 92% knockout rate, I decided to team up with Lauro Doroliat who is on of the best strength/conditioning coach in the Bay Area. I want to increase my power punching ability and give the fans an exciting fight. With all the power simulation drills Coach Lauro has me working on, expect fireworks on Dec. 4th since Biggers doesn't back down and neither do I.
Q) What are your strengths as a fighter?
My fans and my community. I believe they give me the extra lift I need to know what I can do.
Q) How familiar are you with your opponent?
I'm very familiar with Donna Biggers, she and I both fought Kelsey Jeffries for the World Title. I saw that fight and she gave Kelsey a great fight. Kelsey is one of the best fighters in the history of women's boxing and Donna just came up short on that night. I know that Donna is coming into this fight at her best, she's had more than 8 weeks to train for this challenge, I hear she's getting great sparring and I expect to see the best Donna Biggers has ever performed.
Q) What will be your strategy for earning a victory/knockout against your opponent?
I don't want to give away to much of our teams strategy, but let me just say that everyone who comes to watch this fight will not be dissappointed with the nonstop punching action they will see.
Q) Do you think that the crowd will be behind you or your opponent?
The Bay Area community and my Filipino community has always shown great support for me. From the Raider Nation to the SF Giants fans along with my Filipino community I feel this will be my time. I will not let them down.
Q) What goes through your mind the last hours before a fight?
That I'm fighting for more than myself. I have a responsibility to my community and my suporters. So I like to have them feel what I feel, which is to enjoy myself and have a good time.
Q) Do you have a message for your fans?
